What we walk into
An oak vanity with a laminate top that gave up around year fifteen. A fiberglass tub-shower combo where the corner seam's been telegraphing water back into the wall for three years. Ceramic floor tile in whatever color felt safe in 1993. A fluorescent overhead you regret turning on. Behind the wall, a 100-amp panel with two slots left and receptacles by the sink that won't pass modern code. That's the 1985-to-2000 Sudley primary bath we walk into on almost every first visit.
